Linear Motion Guide - CHH Series

The CHH series of linear motion guides are available in 8 different sizes and loading categories ranging from 8.3KN – 192KN (dynamic). It is suited for all direction motion applications. The maximum available single guide rail length is 4020mm. High precision components with a low coefficient of friction is realized with four rows of steel ball bearings in machined grooves on the sliding block and guide at an angle of 45°. This ensures an equal load spread in all directions. Precision machined endcaps enable continuous circulation of the steel balls when in motion. The retaining plates ensure that a loss of the steel ball during installation or maintenance is prevented. The four rows of steel ball bearings enable a high rigidity in application by applying an equal pre-load whilst ensuring a low coefficient of friction. The compact design is suitable for all applications where space, rigidity, precision and efficiency are a pre-requisite for design flexibility.
